We understand that you are busy, and that disconnecting your computer can be a hassle. Luckily, there are options.

In addition to our fast in-store service, we offer remote support services.
If your computer is running slow or having problems, we can repair your computer without you having to leave your home or office!

Remote support is available by appointment only, please call to check availability.
Remote support is only available if your computer can boot to the desktop and has a properly working internet connection.
Remote support is only available for Windows and Macintosh computers. Some Windows-based tablets cannot handle remote support. iPads and Android tablets are not supported at this time. The computer being accessed must have administrator privileges.
A Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit/debit card is required for remote support.
Some repairs cannot be performed remotely. If we determine this to be the case, we still require a remote diagnostic fee to be paid.
